and out of our control....in my last post I included a picture of Ron, so happy and humming, I caught him with his eyes closed and it didn't matter, I loved the picture and included it. Little did I know that within the next few days he'd be faced with some very serious issues regarding his eyes. My long story is short and sweet. Suffice to say that one surgery has been accomplished and proving successful, the other scheduled soon and should be fine. I'll be back soon after a much needed break.

Wow! Life can change in the blink of an eye, no pun intended!
ReplyDeleteI'm SO glad that things are turning out well for you - and your and Ron's frightening week has made me appreciate my *ho-hum* life here very much!
Rest up, because you do deserve it after that, but hurry back to show us more of your treasures. That stained glass piece is enough to make me cry!
Lis,
ReplyDeleteMy heart goes out to you and Ron...I was reading recently about when we care for others. It is very important that we take good care of ourselves, otherwise we end up needing more care than the patient. I hope you are able to take all the time you need.

ReplyDeleteI'm spending the afternoon looking at your old posts. Wow, this window is one of the prettiest I've seen! I finally got around to posting the pics from your trunk show : )
